Adina has over a decade of experience in providing exceptional health care as a charge nurse at St. Joseph’s Hospital, TMC and Banner Health Emergency Departments. Adina received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the Northern Arizona University, has worked as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care and urgent care settings, has instructed clinical nursing courses as a professor at the Arizona College of Nursing, and has used her clinical and academic experience to shift her focus into concierge private practice.

The average patient in a standard primary care setting only receives 15 minutes with their primary care provider which is not enough time to conduct a necessary health evaluation for their patients. Adina’s focus and goal of CWC Tucson is to provide unrushed and personalized health care that addresses patients’ true health care concerns to deliver the highest quality medical coverage. 

Adina’s extensive experience in healthcare shows that patients significantly reduce their ER and Urgent Care visits when they receive personalized care from their primary care provider. It is clear that patients with a personalized primary care provider improve their quality of life by remaining healthier through proactive treatments from their health care specialist. 

Adina’s goal is to provide in-depth health evaluations to deliver effective solutions to a patient’s health care concerns. To best support her patients, Adina intentionally accepts only 25% of the number of patients that a typical primary care clinic setting would assign their health care providers. This type of model allows Adina the time to fully listen and engage with her patients to thoroughly understand their health care concerns and deliver personalized health care that improves outcomes in her patients.
