SEMAGLUTIDE (Ozempic/ Wegovy) starting at $150 for the first month
This is a supervised weight-loss program which helps shed excess pounds.

- In person consultation in Tucson, AZ
- The starting dose of Semaglutide (Ozempic / Wegovy) (0.25mg for the first 4 weeks) if patient qualifies
- $499 monthly after your 1st month*
- Prescription (if eligible)

- WEEKLY CHECK-IN VISITS WITH YOUR PROVIDER WHICH INCLUDE MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION, NUTRITION AND EXERCISE GUIDANCE

Olympia Weight Management Therapy Program $250/month
This is a supervised weight loss plan which helps shed excess pounds.
What's Included:
- In person consultation in Tucson, AZ
- MONTHLY or BI-MONTHLY CHECK-IN VISITS WITH YOUR PROVIDER WHICH INCLUDE MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION
- Individualized plan for reaching your goals in fitness, weight, and health at any age with an emphasis on longevity and wellness.
- We use low dose Naltrexone in addition to Sermorelin and Lipo-Trim Spray (or Lipo-Mino Mix) to promote optimum fat burning and weight loss.
- Sermorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). By increasing its levels it has the potential to increase lipolysis, reduce body fat, and increase lean muscle.
- Naltrexone reduces appetite and cravings as well as decreases inflammation and insulin levels.
